DSBC D.I.V.E.R.S.E. Speaker Series

As people in the workplace and in life explore new growth, it is inevitable that we will work with individuals from other cultures. Sometimes, communicating across cultures may require some sensitivity and an ability to change and compromise. Successful interaction and subsequent achievement in such settings requires an education and understanding of different cultures. This can result in improved cross-cultural communication. This presentation will provide suggestions and examples of different ways to achieve these connections and common understandings.
