Becoming an Ally for Mental Health presented by Chantel Bratcher-Coleman, LPCMH
In the wake of the global impact of COVID-19, targeted attacks on groups of people and police brutality, the need for a diverse and inclusive workplace has become a necessity. The various mental health challenges have intensified to a level that businesses can no longer ignore. To be a truly diverse and inclusive workplace, it is essential that businesses become allies and ensure that the mental wellness of their workers and administrative team are addressed effectively.
