Christine and Erin are co-owners of Liberty Yoga. (In the same plaza as DSBC). Christine is a dynamic yoga teacher, entrepreneur, author, and healer. She has been teaching Yoga since 1998 and is a certified 500 hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher. She is a certified Level 1 Yoga Therapist, Level 1 & 2 Reiki and the creator of FLY! Vinyasa Yoga, and Yoga for Emotional Support (YES). Shaw loves to help others to recognize their own strengths, potential and goodness.
Erin has been teaching since 2008 is trained in therapeutics, MELT Method self acupressure, and Iyengar style yoga. She taught anatomy and physiology at Del Tech for three years. She loves working with seniors and those who experience movement limitations.
